With over 13 years of professional basketball experience, Milone Clark brings elite-level knowledge, leadership, and passion to every athlete he trains. Having competed at the highest levels of the game, he understands what it takes to develop confidence, discipline, skill, and a winning mindset both on and off the court.

As the founder of Clark Elite and Hoop Season, Milone is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential through high-level skill development, strength and conditioning, basketball IQ training, and mentorship. His mission is to create an environment where athletes of all ages can grow, compete, and elevate their game with purpose.

Known for his energy, experience, and commitment to player development, Coach Clark continues to inspire the next generation of athletes throughout Colorado and beyond..

Desmond Johnson

Head Coach & Player Development Trainer

Desmond Johnson brings a strong basketball background, leadership, and passion for player development to the Clark Elite family. After playing multiple years at the collegiate level, Desmond has continued pursuing his goal of building a successful career as a collegiate and professional basketball coach.

Known for his ability to connect with athletes and bring different personalities together, Coach Desmond creates a positive and competitive environment where players learn how to work as one team. His coaching style focuses on discipline, accountability, confidence, basketball IQ, and overall player growth both on and off the court.

Originally from Illinois, Desmond brings Midwest toughness, energy, and dedication into every workout and team session. His commitment to helping athletes improve their game and mindset continues to make a major impact throughout the Clark Elite and Hoop Season programs.
